Calm down Ken. I'd define the path of least resistance as "using what the _majority_ of others use", and in Clojure I think that's emacs. If you have issues with your editor and you're using IntelliJ, good luck. If you're using emacs, there's a ton of people who will jump at the chance to help. Also, I never used emacs prior to learning Clojure. I found the tutorial to be more than sufficient, and the support I got (*1, *2) made the transition easy.
