Technically speaking, the -> & ->> macros are _not_ the thrush
combinators. Fogus wrote about them sometime back
http://blog.fogus.me/2010/09/28/thrush-in-clojure-redux/ and I think
you should mention that in your document too.

Nevertheless, very useful document!
