I've emailed Mark Rathwell offline with some more questions to see if I can troubleshoot the Powershell problems I had. Also, Chris Granger contacted me saying he wouldn't necessarily expect it to work on XP, but he gave me instructions on how to run LightTable without the Powershell script if need be.
