Hello, Victor, I think the application period started on Monday. Nonetheless, I am planning on starting the application as soon as it opens. I'll do what David did last year and post the application questions on the Clojure community wiki.
I am planning on officially kicking off Clojure's GSoC effort at Clojure/West on Monday with a lightning talk and an unsession.
