I'm not sure how CLR & Javascript are related. However, if you want Clojure to translate into javascript, ClojureScript does that. If you're interested in helping make a visual studio extension to clojure, vsClojure is open source & could use your help. It shouldn't be too hard to modify the msbuild script in vsClojure to point to the ClojureScript compiler, instead of the ClojureCLR compiler.
