You just need to give the anonymous function a name it can use to refer
to itself for (non-tail) recursion:

    (defn fib-n [n] 
      (let [fib (fn fib [a b] (cons a (lazy-seq (fib b (+ b a)))))]
        (take n (fib 1 1))))
