Good point. I was wrong. The higher court ruled that Oracle DID have a copyright claim. I'm not a lawyer but I've read 3 books on intellectual property law. I've also spent many hours in discussions on copyright, patent, and trademark issues. I admit that most court decisions still baffle me.
