Thanks, Chris. I actually have Okasaki's book and thought to mention it in the post as an example of a book that is too advanced for me. Not to mention, it's in ML. I'm sure it's a great book, and I could try to slog through it, but it would be great to have a more introductory level book on algorithms from a functional perspective.
