What about the converse? If namespaces can be dynamically loaded, can/will 
they be garbage collected when no longer referenced?

Alternately, it would be great to be able to load a namespace from an 
alternative path. I.E. The standard namespace loader but working with a 
different directory. Or is this already implicit in what you are describing?

I've done a lot in the past with Java class loaders, though no pressing 
needs at the moment. But it would be nice to extend components to support 
multiple versions of the same namespaces. :-)
