If you look at the pages for some podcasts on iTunes, such as the Wired UK 
podcast, there is a description for the podcast in general, and for each 
episode:

https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/wired.co.uk-wired-uk-podcast/id404893471?mt=2

For your podcast, there is not much description of the content of the episode:

https://itunes.apple.com/podcast/defn/id1114899563

There is also no description of the individual episode when you have downloaded 
it, just a title #01.

I haven’t podcasted but my understanding is that Apple gets the information for 
the description of individual episodes from an RSS feed. The structure of that 
feed is explained here
