It contains the http server code (i.e. ring/compojure stuff). It is used to be 
able to run the browser connection with the browser in the development 
environment. Take into account that this lein-template is for pure CLJS libs 
only.

Tha CLJ code is only used for activating the brepl by using austin.

hum…it should be easier to move the tools dir under another directory. 

Let me know if you still need it. If you think this is a kind of integration
