I'm also uncertain as to the status of the changes that were discussed in this
thread. I'm also not able to find the "nested tab view" example. Does that
exist anywhere? Has there been a substantial change since April as it pertains
to this notion of "independent components"?
I've experimented with ...{:shared {:app-state @app-state}}..., and in that way
I can pull data from app-state into components with (om/get-shared owner
[:app-state :foo]). But what I need (I think...) is to get a cursor from
app-state, without passing it through all of the parent components, that i can
use with update! & transact!. Not possible?
