Hi,

I have a Dell mini 9 netbook with the Atom 1.6ghz processor. I am using a 16gb
ssd drive.

I have a dual XP / Ubuntu 8.10 setup on my netbook.

I am using the older experimental "clonezilla-live-20081112-intrepid" (taken
from the Clonezilla-Live-Version on my usb thumb drive). This version does
work in failsafe mode only.

Any other newer version (latest ones from the clonezilla website) - 1.2.1-39,
1.2.1-37, etc none of them seem to work in failsafe mode (or any other mode).

The loading always stalls out with the newer versions. I tried both the ISO on
CD & USB thumb drive. The clonezilla OS does load, but it just stalls before
getting to a place where I can start a backup.

I don't know if it's a Ubuntu issue or something else. That Intrepid version
of clonezilla did work but I cant figure out why the newer versions wouldn't
work.

Thanks,
Rich
