We are happy to announce that clonezilla-live 1.2.2-31 is the new stable release. This release features some programs were updated, and some bugs were fixed. * Based on Debian lenny repository of 2009/Oct/05, and kernel 2.6.30-3 from backports.undebian.org is used. In the next release we planned to switch to Debian Squeeze or Sid. * Updated partclone to 0.1.9-1, memtest86+ to 4.00, live-initramfs to 1.157.3-1drbl. * Since the bugs about partclone.xfs and partclone.fat were fixed, now it's used to clone or image XFS or FAT partition by default. * By default "-r" option is on. * Sample programs custom-ocs and custom-ocs-1 were updated. * The option "-g auto" will be skipped when grub2 is found in the restored OS. * ocs-live-dev will try to use symbolic link instead of copying image to working dir. * Packages vmfs-tools, dbus, dmsetup, dmraid, kpartx and device-mappe are included. * An option to mount NFSv4 server was added to prep-ocsroot. Thanks to Ingo for this idea (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2830283&group_id=115473&atid=671653). * An option -fsck-src-part|--fsck-src-part was added for ocs-sr, ocs-onthefly and drbl-ocs. * Language files were updated. Thanks to Juan Ramon Martinez, Alex Ibanez Lopez ,Jean-Francois Nifenecker, Gianfranco Gentili, Annie Wei, Akira YOSHIYAMA and Zhiqiang Zhang. * Bug fixed: ocs-iso and ocs-live-dev failed to check if customized file exists or not. * Bug fixed: /sbin and /usr/sbin/ were added to PATH in makeboot.sh. * Bug fixed: The bug about writing fail-mbr.bin was fixed: https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=7536248
