Using the command line that you provided (verbatim), I tried to remaster
the ISO again.  It stopped with this error:

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  aufs-modules-2.6-486: Depends: linux-latest-modules-2.6.30-2-486 but
it is not installable
E: Broken packages
P: Begin unmounting filesystems...
mv: cannot stat `debian-live/binary.iso': No such file or directory

Any suggestions?
