Hi,
You can follow this:
http://clonezilla.org/clonezilla-live/doc/showcontent.php?topic=03_Disk_to_disk_clone
and if you want to clonezilla to automatically create the partition size 
proportioinally, you enter expert mode, choose "-k1".
If you want to create the partitions on the destination disk by 
yourself, you can do that, too. Just make sure the destination partition 
size is equal or larger than the source one.
