I'm happy to do this, but I'd like to understand exactly what I need to
convey.
So we're talking about systemd-networkd vs. NetworkManager for containers
and virtual machine guests and how they compare in:
* Ease of use
* Resource usage
* Managing network interfaces once they're up/configured
(Feel free to add more bullets)
Should this be a wiki post? Blog post? Fedora docs?
