Hmm, there are two sub-sections related to pip within https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Toolforge/Web#python_(Python3_+_Kubernetes) but nothing within https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Toolforge/Developing#Pywikibot Perhaps you could add some details of what you got to work, in the appropriate place?
