Don't hesitate to call attention to the patches on this list if they aren't getting attention. Sadly we are all easily distracted and occasionally miss things. It looks like you are creating diffs from either a working copy or a source tarball - any chance we can help you move to using git to do this work? If you need help, don't hesitate to ask, we can even help you through it on IRC.
