Revert from CS4 to 3.0.2

Once Cloudstack 4.0 is installed over Cloudstack 3.0.2, I am unable to revert back to cloudstack 3.0.2. I dont mind blowing away the database and starting from scratch, but the CS 3.0.2 automatically attempts to download CS 4.0 packages after a complete uninstall. I have already a 'yum clean all.' Any thoughts?
