Hi , CloudStack Installer create cloud-temp repository during the installation. Please remove cloud-temp folder from /var/cache/yum/x86_64/6Server . This will let you to install 3.0.2 packages.

I dont mind blowing away the database and starting from scratch, but the CS 3.0.2 automatically attempts to download CS 4.0 packages after a complete uninstall. I have already a 'yum clean all.'
