Ioan - There is a Python Client that exists out there as well. I recently forked the Github repo, added some reworks to make it perform better and submitted it back to the original repo, but it hasn't been pulled in. Andrei Savu (we work together) also suggested I go with jclouds but I wanted to hear what the community has to say about this. We're building an app that can reliably provision 10's 100's of machines across cloud providers. Right now it's actually a contest, winner gets a present from the looser.
