Get the following, find the suitable ids, you can even pipe 'em (like, cmd args 
| grep ^id\ =)
cloudmonkey> 
list serviceofferings
list zones
list templates templatefilter=all

then use 'em to deployvms;
> deploy virtualmachine templateid= serviceofferingid= zoneid=
