Looks like some parameter error, can you check and make sure you've correct host (ip of your mgmt server), port, apikey and secretkey config for cloudmonkey. You can try debugging cloudmonkey's log: tail -f ~/.cloudmonkey_log (or any other path if you've changed the default logging file path)
See what the error is trying to suggest, make sure you've deployed your zone, added hosts etc. Regards.
