I assume inetbr0 is on VLAN, one possibility is VLAN may not be configured 
correctly.

Normally I do following test to verify VLAN.

Configure a IP for inetbr0 on KVM host, this IP should be on the same network 
with gateway.
ping gateway from KVM host
