Rajesh, i manually mounted it before (using the GUID directory it created). i also verified I was able to read / write "new" files in the nfs share. As a precaution, after downloading the template I chmod -R 777 * on everything in the share. But after the VM expunges, it deletes the system template. Then I get these errors.
