These lines indicate you do not have a local storage pool added to cloudstack. 
I believe local storage is supposed to get added when the global settings are 
set to true. What hypervisor are you using, and did you add a 'presetup' 
primary storage? If so I believe that gets associated with a shared storage 
pool.
