Looks like the client machine, where the Faban driver is deployed,
cannot connect to the web server, where Nginx is deployed.
So, first, please make sure that the web server is accessible from the
client machine.
Then, make sure that you specify the correct web server IP address on
the Faban web interface to launch the workload run.
