Can you please tell me under what hardware in mind were the simic's
cloud-suite images tuned?
Just to make my question more clear, I imagine that you could use a
real server machine (e.g. Xeon X5670) and tune the workloads for max
throughput on that machine and then port the benchmark configuration and
inputs to simics enviroment. Or you could just do the tuning from the
simics enviroment with some specific hardware settings for the simulated
machine.
So if it is the first case what was the machine you used and if it is
the second case what is the CPI and the settings of the simulated
machine?
