DNG, the idea of running Dolphin on LSW VM isn't dead - the beta of 2010 still exists - but it is beta - optimistically ... Dolphin was a challenge for my VM - especially the debugger. We have today much more advanced stuff than in 2010 but polishing it up synchronizing it with Dolphin's development needs work ... For me & me little team I can say - yes LSWVST is under heavy development - and same is true for Dolphin. My focus is to get customers applications working, so I neglegted a bit the community.
