I wasn't aware that RedHat shipped header files in seperate packages at
first. Of course, I had a suspicion but rpmfind was of absolutely no help.
Luckily, I've since managed to find the package containing the header
files and was able to compile what I required (which was only vim,
humorously enough). Thanks to everyone who responded.
