I agree that linux should stand on it's own, but for people 
requiring windows software maybe you should look at cross-over 
office from www.codeweavers.com ..it's about $100 and let's you run 
office, outlook, lotus, framemaker, internet explorer and a bunch of 
other office apps.  Very usefull for letting people get on a 3 step 
program to loosing windows, for those who can't go cold-turkey.

And for people who just want to watch quicktime, shockwave.... files 
in linux, they make cross-over plugin for about $30 which installs 
most windows plugins in linux, and they all work in mozilla and 
other browsers supporting mozilla plugins (konqueror, netscape, and 
I think it also work with opera).
