Something is printing a windows binary. That's why it's printing that message and to multiple machines. The question is whether or not CUPS has spooled this print job and if so you want to kill it. Otherwise it isn't a CUPS problem and you will have to find the windows client that is trying to print a binary and remove it from that computers spool.

BTW anyone heard of a virus that prints exe files?
