Not that I am aware of...I did find something interesting when I went back to 
look at the Printerdrake cups configuration. Under Remote printers, the 
Lexmark was listed as

Lexmark: Unknown modelon Windows server "fred", share "Lexmark" (Default)

I'm sure this was configured properly before with the correct model. I changed 
it back -- hopefully that'll help.

Yes, there is a log file, and it doesn't look like there are any print jobs 
coming from outside the LAN.
