Thanks, I am aware of the underlying kernel smiliarities with NT/2k/XP, however, my friend is not that comfortable with all this and I would not expect him to figure out the intricasies of editing the boot.ini to add the Linux partition if a Windows OS got installed last after Redhat. I was only concerned with any requiremetns for an order in the install of XP and Win2K to ensure that the Windows Boot Loader would show both Windows OS's in case my friend is delayed in installing Redhat, which I know will find both Windows OS's and when installed in the MBR using Grub, will give him a nice tri-boot option.
