Open Office is, as always, massively broken. they really don't care for any of
the XDG standards... mozilla tends to be better, but has quirks, yes...
one more reason why the "useKDE/GNOME as the desktop shell and then these
non-KDE/GNOME apps (OO, Moz) as the primary apps" concept is wrong-headed.
