I think that we should allow Johnny to act as a sponsor or perhaps a CLUG
partner.

Johnny,

Perhaps you could offer a percentage back to CLUG for each part purchased by
a CLUG member? Maybe offer a total 7%, 5 of which would be cost savings to
the CLUG member and the other 2 towards CLUG itself. Just an idea, what do
the rest of you think?

Subject: Re: (clug-talk) CLUG Discounts on Hardware & Systems

Thank you for giving CLUG such discounts. Our current sponsors have been
those
businesses and/or individuals who have donated goods and/or services to the
group.

For example:

Nexus Computer Books donates space when needed, and either a gift
certificate
or book for CLUG meeting giveaways every month.

This of course is not required of all sponsors, but does help give CLUG
members some perks for attending meetings and/or CLUG events.

Mahlah Hansen
