Am I to understand that an offer of wholesale hardware to the CLUG and 5% discounts to ALL members does not qualify me as a Sponsor of CLUG? I would strongly suggest that this be discussed further among the CLUG board as I am sure that the Edmonton CLUG and other groups may be far more appreciative of such a gesture. The CLUG has 60 members and a 5% discount to all members and wholesale hardware, is in my opinion, at least as "valuable" as a donated book, or donated space. I would like to think that we (Open Enterprise Solutions and the CLUG) are begining a mutually beneficial relationship and I have made it clear that we will work to maintain support avenues for the CLUG which will only expand/increase over time. However, I am having more and more concerns (professional and personal) with some aspects of how this user group is managed and how decisions are being made and who is making them. And some of the questionable behavior is coming from the top executives of the list. Diplomacy, respect, objectivity and some modicum of professionalism should prevail. Once again, my own, personal 2 bits. > > > -----Original message----- > From: "MahlahHansen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Date: 12/09/2002(Mon) 02:46pm > Subject: Re: (clug-talk) CLUG Discounts on Hardware & Systems > > Thank you for giving CLUG such discounts.
