I think there is a good possibility that aliens have been to Earth, and a good possibility that they have been to Mars, and a good possibility that they will return to Earth if they are not already here. Having said that: 1) there is no evidence that they have taken over the world 2) A communist or socialist society would never develop interstellar travel because communism doesn't work. Jesse
