bring your PGP info on paper in the following format:

    User ID    :  Aaron J. Seigo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
    Key ID     :   0xA7F1DB43
    Type/Size  : RSA/2048
    Fingerprint: 8B8B 2209 0C6F 7C47 B1EA  EE75 D6B7 2EB1 A7F1 DB43

and bring a piece of valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc). 

with the confirmation that you are who you say you are and your id and 
fingerprint in my posession, i can then come home and download your key from 
a keyserver (gpg --recv-key keyID), verify the information you gave matches, 
sign it (gpg --sign-key keyID) and then upload my signuture (gpg --send-key 
keyID).
