assuming you don't have IMAP to do what Ian suggested, copy your outlook data
files to your linux box and in kmail go under the Tools menu and choose
import. the rest should be fairly self-evident, if a little finicky (due to
Outlook's ever changing storage format)... i actually just did this a couple
weeks ago for a friend and it worked very well =)
