cool! the minions, i take it, are the configure/make command scripts? also, does this include the dependencies required, such as libgrypt and libart_gpl? sorry for the questions w/out looking, but i haven't grabbed the bzipball and taken a look yet... also, have you checked out konstruct yet? (http://konsole.kde.org/konstruct/) there are CVS snapshot tarballs on that website... their are now has 21 3rd party apps included along with all the library deps and base modules.... a fellow on IRC reported great success w/it on RH8 the other night... i think there is deffinitely some interesting overlap between your project and konstruct. - -- Aaron J.
