I'd recommend you at least look at both Netscape and Galleon.  There are
others too.  Personally, I have yet to find something I like better than
Opera.  It's not free, but it IS worth the cost.

You can't uninstall Windows Explorer, or IE, or Outlook Express from
Windows.  They're "part of the operating system".
