Not a .0 release they don't.

Red Hat 7.x series wasn't any good until 7.2, hey wasn't 6.2 and 5.2 the same as well.

Aaron is right. May sure recommend versions that work.

If you are running Red Hat in a Production Environment, 7.3 is still the version to install. Though some of us are playing with Red Hat 8.x at home and on test machines, we do not sell 8.0 systems for sure.
