No, I still having these problems. I do have an Athalon chip and an AGP 
graphics card. When I was using RedHat 8.0 it installed an Athalon kernel, so 
I have to assume that they would have enabled the fix for the bug (although it 
has a 2.4.18 kernel). Mandrake is using the 2.4.19 kernel, but I not sure what 
the target architecture that it was build for is. I going to try and tweak the 
BIOS setting as per some of the other messages on the list, but my guess is 
that it will come down to pulling out hardware. Is there not a way to at least 
narrow down the problem by looking at the kernel messages, or are errors I 
getting pretty general?
