Ok, I did remove the file in home and deleted the program using YAST, reinstalled and ran the setup program by clicking on the desktop icon. Setup ran again but did not ask which script to use, just continued to setup a single use enviroment. Must be a setting somewhere which is hanging around, any ideas where to look?
