Does anyone know of any Open Source/Linux-based support framework alternatives? I'm talking along the lines of CA's TNG Unicenter/ServiceIT or IBM's Tivoli. Not necessarily to the same scale; I am just wondering about options. Any kind of help desk software would be useful, but the centralized management/infrastructure component is necessary as well, even if it's in another package (as long as the different software talks seamlessly enough).
