Hey All,

It's one week till the Annual General Meeting. The day is fast approaching.

We have nominees who have accepted the nominations for all but one of the
positions; we still need either Dave Bourassa to accept his nomination or
someone else to come forward.

We also only have one nominee for each position so far. Would it shake things
up a bit if we opened up another position or positions? We talked about the
possibility of having a Fundraising Coordinator and/or a Media Coordinator as
tertiary positions. The bottom line is we need 5 Executives (including Past
President). If we cannot get a Treasurer, I suppose that duty would roll into
the Secretary's job.

I would rather not see it go this way. Mainly because I don't want any issues
arising from the fact that my wife and I are the nominees respectively for
President and Secretary. It's too much power in one household for my liking.
So somebody do me a favour and declare their intentions regarding the job of
Treasurer.

Dave, this is in no way meant to guilt you into the job. If you can do it,
great! if you don't feel up to the challenge then decline. I won't think any
less of you. We do however need an answer.

You don't have to be a Tier 2 member to nominate someone.Nominations are
acceptable from both Tier levels as well as any Tier 2 themselves. The
nominee is the only one who is required to be an active Tier 2 member in good
standing.

Thanks,
- --
