Hey Curtis,

Well, I gave up for a bit and copped out to install the bootloader from a 
windows box via their Active Sync software, but I'd like to try my hand at 
installing the actual distro from my linux box to educate myself ;-)

Thanks for the links...I'll check them out after I've gotten some sleep.

As far as my 'success', I'm now on Step 13 which is why I'm trying to just 
term into the iPAQ via a USB port.  I saw on linuxnewbie.org that someone 
else was trying to do the same thing, so I'll drop him/her a line depending 
on how much success I have myself.
