We use it. It works good, however, there IS one annoying aspect if you're playing. In some ways it could be good though, so I'm reluctant to call it a bug.
When you connect to a server, pgAdminII will open ALL the databases and keep them open. That means you can't use pgAdmin to drop a database. Almost anything else will work great though.
